Where are my courses / certificates / receipts / etc?
All of your courses, as well as your billing history, can be found on the My Account page, once you log into the system (top right of screen).
From there, you may launch your courses, download certificates and view receipts.

I've completed a course but haven't received my certificate.
Different factors, depending on the course in question, affect when and how certificates are emailed. There are also certain
factors out of our control (such as the internet mail system) which may contribute additional delay. In the vast majority of cases, certificates are emailed within minutes of course completion. We do, however, allow up to 24 hours for a certificate to be delivered via email.
Beyond waiting for your certificate to arrive, you may also (at any time) visit the My Account page where you may be able to immediately print a copy of your certificate.

When are my credits reported to the state?
Continuing Education Courses that require the reporting of your credits to the state are reported within 24 hours for 99.9% of cases, precluding unforseen circumstances. Generally, however, reporting is much faster than this.
Please know that although we have automated systems in place that ensure that we are able to report your credits to the appropriate governing entity, not all factors are within our control.

Taking The Course

How long do I have to complete a course?
Courses have a set duration, however, you are not expected to complete the course in a single setting. You may take as much or as little of the course at any one time.
Your position in the course is automatically saved. To take a break, there is nothing you have to do except close the course window.
To resume a course, simply visit the My Account page and click "Launch Course" to continue where you left off.

Attendance Verification Questions
Some compliance authorities (like state governments, for instance) require us to priodically ask specific types of questions to ensure that you are actively engaged in the course.
The questions are simple questions like "What is your favorite color", or "What color is your hair?". Simply type your answer and remember it.
Periodically, throughout the course, you will be asked the same question. Simply answer with the same response you initially gave to move on.
If you are unable to answer the Attendance questions correctly, you will need to restart the course. Please contact us at the form, below, to start the process.
